On the 2nd Saturday of January every year, is the National Children’s day. The Japanese Village, under Thai-Japanese Association in cooperate with various partner agencies. Would like to invite all the children to join and having fun together at the Happy Children’s day event in a beautiful Japanese atmosphere’s garden.
Also enjoy the Mochitsuki Festival by making Mochi dessert together on those day.
Japanese people believe that Mochi is a kind of dessert that has been received from Gods during the New Year (been called “Mochi” or “Mochitsuki”). They will share the flour which is made from sticky rice to make Mochi dessert.
In addition, you will also enjoy various children’s activities in the form of a combination of Thai-Japanese culture. For example:-
- Kendo performances
- Japanese origami paper folding classes
- Learn easy Japanese – English vocabulary
- Try some cupcake decoration
The activities entered with collecting stamp base for lucky draw, hope you to join every base.
